Return & Exchange
Once your online order is received, the product is forwarded to the relevant branch for preparation, and the receipt is printed at the checkout.
Store Pick-Up Policy:
- Store pick-up orders should be collected within 2 days of placing the order.
- If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be automatically canceled.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
- Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- The product must be returned to the store by the customer along with the receipt.
- Refunds will be processed to the bank card used for the online purchase. Refunds are typically completed by the bank within 1-14 business days.
- Hygiene products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Delivery Fee Policy:
- If a return is initiated after the product has been delivered, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
- If an order is canceled before delivery, the delivery fee will be refunded.
