All purchased items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. Returned products must be presented in the same condition as purchased, with the original packaging and two receipts. Refunds are processed via the bank card used for the original payment. If a customer returns an item after it has been delivered, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If an order is canceled for any reason, the delivery fee will be refunded along with the value of the item.
