Order delivery is implemented according to the following rules:

• Small Orders (clothing, shoes, lightweight accessories, etc.) are delivered within 1 working day. If an online order is placed on weekdays, delivery occurs within 1 working day. Orders placed after 18:00 are delivered the next working day before lunch. All orders placed on weekends are delivered on the following Monday.
• Large Orders (heavy sports equipment, bicycles, game tables, etc.) are delivered within 2-4 working days.After completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Store Pick-ups: The order preparation process is completed within 1-2 working days. Once the order is ready, you will receive information via WhatsApp about which branch to pick up your order from.
