Return & Exchange Policy

All purchased items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. A returned product must be presented to the store in the same condition in which it was purchased with its original packaging with two receipts. The refund is processed via a bank card based on the type of payment made at the time of purchase. If a customer wants to return the item after it has been delivered, then the delivery fee will not be refunded. If an order has been cancelled for any reason, the delivery fee will be refunded alongside the value of the item.
